Below I have listed today's non-city-specific Groupon deals (i.e. primarily online deals that anyone can buy and use regardless of where they live).
To make these deals even sweeter, Groupon and many of the retailers featured on Groupon are now on Ebates, so you can earn cash back on both your Groupon purchase AND on your purchase when you redeem your Groupon if you go through Ebates - so essentially, you get to double-dip on cash-back on an already-great deal! How awesome is that?! For example, if you went through Ebates when you purchased the Zazzle Groupon (see below), you would earn 3% cash back on your Groupon purchase and then additional cash back (currently 20%) when you redeem your Groupon on Zazzle.com! Here's how to get the best deal:
- First, go here to register for Groupon (if you're already registered, skip this step).
- Groupon is now on Ebates (currently you can earn 3% cash back), so next, close the Groupon window, and head on over to Ebates to register or sign in (if you're a new member, you'll also receive $5 credit for signing up!).
- Enter "Groupon" in the search bar, and click the orange "shop now" button next to the Groupon search result to be redirected to the site.
- Sign in to your Groupon account, and then search for the city that's featuring the deal you're looking for (to do this simply click on the small triangle next to the city name of the current page you're viewing to see a drop-down menu where you can select a new city).
- Complete your purchase. The voucher for your Groupon should show up under "My Account" within a couple days, if not sooner.
- When you go to redeem your Groupon, first sign in to your Ebates account and enter the name of the retailer in the search bar (e.g. "Zazzle" if you purchased that Groupon). Proceed as described above by clicking the "shop now" button next to the search result and completing your purchase after being redirected to the retailer's site.
- Ebates will mail you a check at the end of the current quarter with the cash back you've earned (which will include a $5 bonus if you're a new member, the 3% cash back on your Groupon purchase, AND the cash back on your purchase from the retailer when you redeem your Groupon)!
