Here are what I consider to be the best (i.e. free or close to free) deals at Target this week.  A few things you may want to check out before shopping at Target are their Corporate Coupon Policy and their Price Matching Policy.  I usually print coupon policies out for each store and keep them in my coupon binder so that I can reference them if I'm ever given trouble by a chashier.  Another important resource is Target's Coupon Site, where you can print coupons that can be stacked with manufactuer's coupons for even better savings!
