Fashion cash is basically a coupon that they hand out at the store (just ask) that you can use to get $10 off almost any item (excluding clearance)! I usually use this to snag some inexpensive jewelry (some earrings are $14.50, and I snagged my current favorite pair during their last fashion cash promotion for $4.50! Not bad!).
